Challenge
When Cristo Homes wanted to build its reputation for unsurpassed home values for growing families, the builder knocked on Hafenbrack’s door. Cristo was looking for a proactive and creative approach that would drive sales and leave customers with a positive experience.

Solution
After researching the best possible mediums and putting a better face on Cristo’s typical home buyer, Hafenbrack developed a more upscale brand that better resonated with Cristo’s customers. Starting with foundational elements such as logo and tag, sales support collateral, signage, and model home graphics through corporate identity literature, Hafenbrack delivered a brand that is building equity. Hafenbrack also produced a new and interactive web site and such proactive materials as outdoor and print advertising. Developing the tag “Simply Better Living” Hafenbrack embodied what Cristo homes mean to consumers.

In addition, Hafenbrack devised a strategy for quarterly campaigns that enabled Cristo to get in front of potential buyers four times a year with information about new communities, home floor plans or special promotions.

Results
Although every builder has recently seen a downturn in new home construction, Cristo has been less impacted. The company is still meeting or exceeding its goals for production, a feat that the company credits in-part to current marketing campaigns and the re-branding effort. In fact, Cristo has been able to stay in markets where some of their bigger competitors have pulled out.
