Mr. Wagner carries a double major in business management/finance and marketing from the University of Neuwied, Germany with subsequent studies at the University of Cambridge/UK and an MBA recognition from Columbia University, NY. Upon graduation, he joined Rittal, the global leader in enclosure systems and packaging solution for electrical and electronic applications as Assistant to the President & CEO., followed by a stint as President of Rittal’s Austrian operations. In 1982, he transferred to the US where he established the company’s North American operations in Springfield, Ohio. Under his leadership as President & CEO, the company grew from scratch to become the technology leader in the market, employing over 1,000 people in 3 domestic manufacturing plants and a continental network of sales operations. As Senior Partner, he guides the company’s strategic marketing and business management consulting activities. His extensive, hands-on management experience in the technology environment as well as his global perspective adds intrinsic comprehension to our clients’ business challenges and opportunities.
