Grand Lake Health System and affiliated health centers are organized as a charitable, non-profit comprehensive community hospital offering a wide range of primary, acute and rehabilitative services to the residents of the Grand Lake region. With 750 medical professionals, 120 physicians and eight centers of excellence, Grand Lake is an exceptional healthcare organization.
Challenge
Joint Township Hospital was the largest and most respected health care facility in Auglaize and surrounding counties in west central Ohio. The hospital along with it satellite offices and facilities served patients in up to of five counties. However, the newly hired CEO Kevin Harlan had a grander plan. He realized that the “loose” group of affiliates and the anchor hospital, Joint Township, were in need of a new image. His vision was that the loosely formed alliances should be branded together as one cohesive medical system.
Solution
Hafenbrack Marketing was engaged to develop and implement a new brand – “The Grand Lake Health System… The Preferred Choice for Health Care in The Grand Lake Region”. Hafenbrack provided unified messaging and graphics, logo and corporate identity, and built a foundation of marketing materials that allowed Grand Lake to deliver the new message and look across the entire region. From print and electronic advertising to literature to an in-depth web site, Grand Lake has built a system that delivers comprehensive health solutions for their communities. Results
Grand Lake Health System now has a strong reputation for its breadth and depth of services that truly serve the entire Grand Lake region. As the system is continuing to expand adding urgent care, cardiac care and hospice; enhancing facilities in Celina, and; building new facilities in Wapakoneta, Grand Lake continues to rely on Hafenbrack Marketing as its strategic partner with new projects, marketing expertise and proactive implementation.
